Public tools and browser processing
Public tools do not require sign-in. Tool calculations, text transformations, generated files, and local image uploads are processed in the browser and are not intentionally stored by TOOLFINA. A feature that previews a remote image URL may request that URL directly from its host; the relevant tool page explains this exception before use.
Analytics and technical data
TOOLFINA uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and improve the website. Analytics and hosting providers may collect basic technical data such as device and browser information, approximate location, pages visited, events, timestamps, IP-derived data, and performance or security signals.
Cookies and local storage
TOOLFINA may use cookies or local storage for theme, language, and similar preferences, and Google Analytics may use cookies or identifiers for measurement. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
Third-party services
TOOLFINA currently relies on services such as Cloudflare for hosting, performance, and security, and Google Analytics for analytics. Google AdSense may be added in the future after approval, and Clerk may be used in the future for authentication, admin, or user account features. These providers process data according to their own policies.
Future ads, accounts, and subscriptions
TOOLFINA may add AdSense ads, accounts, subscriptions, AI credits, or API usage later. When these features are introduced, this policy will be updated before or when the new processing becomes active.
Retention and security
TOOLFINA does not intentionally store public tool inputs. Analytics data is retained according to provider settings. We use reasonable measures to protect the site, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children and international users
TOOLFINA is a general utility website and is not directed at children. Because TOOLFINA is available online, data may be processed in countries different from where you live, depending on the providers involved.
